Dr. Javier Vidal
Principal investigator
Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Salamanca and Professor at the University of León in the area of Research and Diagnostic Methods in Education. His research work focuses on the study of higher education in different areas such as the evaluation of research, institutional evaluation and quality, and the relationship between training and employment. In addition, in these matters he has held management positions at different institutional and government levels.
Dra. Camino ferreira
Group member
Professor of the MIDE area of the University of León. Doctor in Psychology and Educational Sciences (2013). It has three extraordinary end-of-year awards career, master and doctorate. Its main lines of work are focused on the field of Higher Education and attention to diversity. She is currently coordinator of the Degree in Primary Education. She has participated in several projects financed by the European Commission and collaborated as a consultant with the World Bank.

Assistant Professor of the area of Research Methods and Diagnosis in Education (MIDE) at the University of León. He is a Doctor of Educational Psychology and Educational Sciences. His research focuses on school dropout and academic performance during the transition from Primary Education to Secondary Education. He has received a pre-doctoral contract from the Ministry of Education to carry out his thesis within the University Teacher Training Program (FPU). Collaborates with the Agency for the Quality of the University System of Castilla y León (ACSUCYL), in the evaluation of master's and doctorate programs and has participated in different national and international projects. It has an extraordinary end-of-degree award (2009).

Assistant Professor of the MIDE area of the University of León and doctoral candidate in the Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy program of the same university. His research focuses on the transition of Early Childhood Education a Primary Education, and its influence on the initial and ongoing training of teachers. He is a member of the Education Committee of the Agency for the Quality of the University System of Castilla y León (ACSUCYL), which works on the evaluation of master's and doctoral programs ..
Ana Vazquez
Group member
Collaborating professor in the NURSING area of the University of León. She is a nurse and a Social and Cultural Anthropologist. Currently he is studying for a doctorate in Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Lion. Her main lines of work are focused on the field of nursing teaching, including both innovation teacher as simulation clinic in Health Sciences. She is the coordinator of the CUIDAs teaching innovation group at the University de León and member of the National Simulation working group Clinic of the Spanish Society of Emergency Medicine and Emergencies.

Student of the Doctoral Program in Educational Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of León. Her line of research focuses on the study of Mediation in educational contexts, through her professional practice as a mediator in conflicts and counselor of educational communities.
Gerardo Riffo

Student of the Doctoral Program in Educational Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of León. Master in Psychology Clinic and diploma in Innovation in Teaching for Education Higher. His line of research focuses on the study of well-being and satisfaction vital as mediators of academic performance in college students. At present he works as a teacher in different universities in Chile.
Dr. María José Vieira

Associate Professor at the University of León in the MIDE area. She is currently deputy director of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy and coordinator of the Master's Degree in Research in Psychology and Educational Sciences. She has collaborated as an advisor to the General Directorate of Universities and the European Commission in the Strategy for the Modernization of Higher Education. Your investigation focusing in higher education, specifically, in the guidance and support of university students, in the relationship between training and employment, and in the third mission of universities.
DR. agustin rodriguez

Pr ofesor MEASURED assistant doctor in the area of the University of León. He has a degree in educational psychology and a diploma in social work. In 2013 he obtained a doctorate in Psychology and Educational Sciences. During the last years he has carried out teaching activity as associate professor in the MIDE area of the Faculty of Education and in the School of Social Work attached to said University. His main lines of research and work are focused on higher education and educational quality. He has participated in several projects funded by the European Commission.

Doctor in Psychology and Educational Sciences and Contracted Professor Doctor from the University of León in the Area of Didactics and School Organization. She is currently the Director of the Department of General, Specific and Educational Theory Didactics. His research work focuses on inclusive education, teacher training, quality of education and teaching innovation methodologies. He has participated in several projects funded by the European Commission related to virtual teaching and learning by competencies.

Héctor González-MAYORGA

Career officer of the Body of Teachers, specializing in Primary Education. Associate professor in the area of Research Methods and Diagnosis in Education (MIDE) at the University of León. At present, he is finishing his PhD studies in the Educational Psychology and Educational Sciences program, the subject of which is focused on the impact of the PISA assessment tests on society. It has an extraordinary end-of-master award (2013).
Dr. BEATRIZ MAYO

Doctor Cum Laude in Pedagogy, Graduate on Pedagogy with extraordinary award and Diploma in Education Social by the UPSA of Salamanca. Career Officer as a Teacher of Education Secondary, having held positions as Director of the Educational and Psychopedagogical Guidance Team, Head of the Guidance Department and Advisor of attention to the diversity of the Address Provincial of Education of León. She is currently an educational counselor at the EOE of León. Visiting professor in the Master's Degree in Educational Guidance at the UPSA of Salamanca and associate professor at the ULE.

NOVA 2011 special award for the best Educational Innovation Project "Application of Arithmetic Problem Solving through ICT in Primary".
